Subway - West Greenwich

It's just a Subway,no different than any other chain fast food

The bread I was served was heavily moldy, which is usually unacceptable, and the staff didn't seem to care.

It's an average Subway experience. The restaurant is clean, but the quality of the staff can be inconsistent.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The place had a strong moldy smell, and the food was very disappointing. When I tried to order, they insisted that I get a soda and chips along with my sandwich. I had $11, and my sandwich cost $10.89, leaving me with hardly enough for the extra items. I explained that I couldn’t afford the soda and chips, and they told me it was only a dollar—which I simply didn’t have. The staff were quite rude about it. I'm planning to reach out to corporate and the health department regarding my experience.

The restaurant is very clean and provides easy access with a friendly atmosphere. The owner is fantastic, always taking time to interact with the kids and generously supporting their causes.
