Prospect Pizza - West Hartford

I ordered two ham grinders and there were barely any meat on either of them. They loaded it with veggies to make it look full. I called and asked if they could remake the grinders or give me a refund. They wouldn't do either one. The manager was really rude and obnoxious. They have very poor customer service. I will never spend another dime with this restaurant ?

Poor customer service, It took 40 minutes for the food to come out and on top of that Pizza was cold. They definitely over charged, and last but not least, my family and I were rushed to pay and my children were not even done with their food.

Delivery driver harasses for a tip before you can even get a chance to tip guy.

I ordered a pepperoni grinder, I asked for it cold I received it hot. So I asked for them correct it cause I never get a hot grinder. The request was met wit attitude, and what I received was a grinder with lettuce that was a bit brownish, I asked for xtra mayo and I did not get that either. Long story short I paid 9.00 to throw something away. Don’t go there it’s not the same prospect pizza it was before. Don’t go!!!

I ordered from here on doordash and was so nervous because I had looked at the review on doordash and it was well rated but when I came on google the reviews were awful. I was nervous for no reason. I ordered chicken parmigiana and it was amazing! The portion was good, the ingredients were quality and the flavor was awesome! I don’t under the poor reviews! I would definitely order again and would love to try different things!UPDATe: I tried their lasagna and it was perfection. Their sauce is amazing!!
