Burger King - West Haven

I had a wonderful time with my children at the restaurant yesterday. It was the best experience so far.

Ask for mayo on the side, the mayo here is always stable, suggesting that they do not follow franchise standards here, and refill disposable calo containers with new mayo without cleaning right (or they bought cheap old mayo at a great price).

That is my double chopper with cheese was never given a quitting at this place for over 20 years, they know after one that they don't give it. but really a stack of old krusty jr pattiesmit almost nothing on it! stale fries and lili more than half a cup soda come!

This Burger King is getting worse and worse. missing nuggets went around to ask for them, and the chubby female manager with the short curly hair has to grow up without maneuvering and apparently was not trained on customer service. automatically accuses customers of eating nuggets that were missing! and refuse to give the missing items that the customer paid. You're real! the customer asked to talk to the general manager jaqueline. she said. she will tell you what I did. ( Apparently this rude lady can also read thoughts) as she is not here, she is at the bank. waited and never saw the manager. customer service called and complained. people like they should not work!

The main goal of this restaurant is to get customers in and out quickly. However, during my visit, I waited in line for 10 minutes without any movement. It would have been helpful if someone was outside taking orders or informing customers of the delay. This seems to be a common issue at this establishment. I recommend using this place as a quick option, but only if you notice the line moving and at least one car proceeding. If not, it's likely you will experience a long wait.
