Very good pizza! Loved the flavors and the crust was awesome. The prices were slightly steep but I would still def come back. The outer crust was a little crunchier than I’d like but the overall flavor of the pizza was great. On the barstool scale I’d give it a 7.4

We ordered the margherita. One of the best I've ever had. Probably the best I've had in the US. Sauce was light and sweet. Crust was perfectly crisp. I was a bit wary of all the basil being in the middle but it was a very solid first bite that leads into the rest of the pizza

Provami Pizzeria serves outstanding wood-fired pizza. The owner, Paolo, is very welcoming and greeted us even as he was closing up for the night. When we mentioned that we discovered him on YouTube and traveled all the way from Canada specifically to try his pizza, he kindly invited us to stay and eat. We decided to take our pizza to go, and it was absolutely fantastic! Anyone in the Los Angeles area or visiting from out of town should definitely give it a try. You won't be disappointed—it's the best wood-fired pizza around!
