Cafe Europa Pizzeria - West Islip

The pizza here is fantastic, but I strongly advise against using Slice for your orders. They really need to stop forcing customers to use the app. My order was canceled before it even arrived. I even called them to resolve an issue with the app, and they confirmed they had my order. The app showed it was out for delivery, yet I received nothing. I ended up having to cook my own dinner at 9:30 PM after waiting for an order that never came. While I can’t entirely blame them, as Slice is part of the problem, it’s just unbelievable. (Edit) This happened again – they chose not to deliver and canceled my order. I truly love their food, but when it comes to online orders (which they heavily promote), they’ve let me down once more. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing for a restaurant that clearly has quality food.

I had a terrible experience with the service. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would take an hour. Over an hour later, a very rude young man called me to say they had taken my card information down incorrectly. I asked if the pizza was on its way, and he yelled at me, saying I should have been informed that it would take longer because they were very busy. He then asked if I wanted to cancel the order, not just once but three times. Eventually, I gave him what he seemed to want: a cancellation. With so many pizza places around, I won't be returning to this one. Hello, Mulberry Street!

This restaurant offers some of the best pizza in the area at a great price. Additionally, they have turtles to play with for free while you wait. I especially enjoy their chicken bacon ranch pizza!

Visited 9/20/22 at 2:30 pm. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating. The chicken roll was amazing!! I will definitely be back.

I love this place I have dined in and had take out for years and it never disappointed. There food has always been always fresh, on point absolutely fulfilling with amazing creativity. Not too mention they treat there customers like family very warm environment. Recently had to move due to my job and my family and i still crave there food. There calzone pizza and muscles garganzola is absolutely amazing.
