Arby's - West Jordan

The girl that took my order in drive through today was acting very snarky towards me for no reason. I asked for sauces with my order and proceeded to respond in a rude tone towards me. I didn't really appreciate that. Regardless of how much you get paid, you're still in customer service. Part of your job is to serve the customer and to be kind to them. Super gross. Ordered two Buffalo chicken sandwiches that tasted like they've had been sitting for hours, missing lettuce. Only took a couple bites and couldn't eat it. Girl was rude

Amazing staff! Kierra the manager came out had an amazing sweet smile was super nice and super helpful. The store was very clean. I'm glad we came here!

The food was really bad again. I said I wouldn't go back last time I went in to try there burger and it was terrible. Yesterday the French dip tasted icky, rubbery, gross-ness. Even the cheese tastes wrong. Well never again. Bye Arby's, it's quality over speed and quantity.

This is the Wagyu Burger with NO Onion. Definitely NOT worth $7.00. I should also mention that it was cold and boring. Better burgers elsewhere, and for the same price. Thank you Arby's, but not anymore. The reason I even give 2 stars is because the cashier lady was very polite and helpful.
