Sakana Sushi - West Jordan

Absolutely nothing to complain about here. I made a to go order, food was ready when I arrived, and it was absolutely delicious for the price I got note: I got lunch versions of these rolls . I like that the website allows me to remove it things from the roll that I am not a fan of. Great service, will definitely order from here again.

The sushi was fresh and tasty. Mirriam was an excellent server. She was knowledgeable about the menu and answered all the questions we had. She also recommended items based on what we had already ordered. We will definitely be back.

Great sushi, affordable price, and the sauce for the tempura veggies is delicious you will want to drink it once the veggies are devoured.

Small but cozy, this Japanese restaurant offers made-to-order dishes that require a bit of patience, particularly for the sushi. The calamari was delicate and beautifully presented, perfectly complemented by a spicy mayo sauce. I ordered teriyaki chicken, which turned out to be mild in flavor and a bit dry. However, I had paid for extra calamari sauce, and it definitely made a difference! The mochi was satisfactory; while I’m not a fan of the texture of the outer layer, it was presented beautifully. I did have a strange encounter with the waitress, but the manager handled it promptly and professionally. We'll definitely be returning!

Excellent food and service! I came here alone with my two small children. We originally planned to take our meal to go, but one of my little ones needed the restroom, so we decided to dine in instead. Our hostess was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with the food we had already packed. She opened everything, provided us with utensils, and offered drinks. We ordered the steak bento lunch and also added extra shrimp tempura. The food was of great quality and quantity, especially considering the price compared to other similar restaurants nearby.
