Starbucks - West Jordan

The drinks were great however it took them 10 minute or possibly even longer than that to make them. There was a line in the drive but no one in lobby. A total of 5 employees working and only 2 making drinks while one was running drive and the other two were talking. It was frustrating how long it was taking. Also they became visibly upset and rude to a customer who stated they made her drink wrong.

Never coming to this location again. Took nearly 25 min to get my order when there were 3 workers and I was the ONLY one in store. Apparently I should have gone through the drive thru because those orders are clearly all that was cared about. Ridiculous.

Quick and easy. Only thing is they keep running out of things and it sucks cause you're stuck in the line and end up having to order something different.

Hot Caramel Macchiato, yummy! Always a great treat in the morning before work. This location seems to be busier than most at 9:00 a.m., but the drive-thru service is quick.

I ordered at the drive-through and my total came to 8.61 and when i got to the window it was 9.61. the old lady at the window added a dollar tip to my order. i normally tip so that’s fine but it’s the dishonesty that rubbed me the wrong way. won’t be coming back to this location. beware of workers doing this at window.
