Archers Bbq - West Knoxville

I was in town for the 3rd Saturday iof September and had to try bbq before flying out. My friends' recommended Archers and we ordered out. Had the family value pack of chicken, sauces, and 3 sides minimum. Mac n cheese, cole slaw, and potato salad. TheKC sauce was mouth watering on top of the chicken. Paired with sweet tea made my final day in Knoxville memorable. I would dineagain at this establishment. 9.6/10

Delicious, tender brisket. Friendly Staff. Clean tables. Cold beer. Laid back atmosphere. What more do you need from a BBQ place. Found my spot!

Got the 3 meat sampler with slaw and loaded potato salad. Everything was excellent! Ribs were super tender with a good rub, no need for sauce. The pork was awesome and went perfect with the Carolina Gold and Original sauces. The sides were really good aswell? sometimes BBQ joints sides are an afterthought. Not here, the slaw was sweet and crisp and the loaded potato salad tastedlike a loaded baked potato. Delicious! I?ll be back.

Very good and staff was super in explaining what they offered. This dog/BBQ combo was great but special is just for August. The jalapeño pimento cheese was excellent.

Archer?s is the best BBQ restaurant I?ve been to and this location has knocked it out of the park every time. The smoky flavor of the BBQ is perfect, and the sides are amazing-the mac n cheese and collards in particular. I?ve got take out from here manytimes and will do so many times more, truly a delicious barbecue experience.
