Sonic Drive-in - West Knoxville

How am I supposed to eat my mozzarella’s sticks when there is no cheese in them?? Yeah that’s right there was no cheese in my mozzarella bc the cheese exploded out of it. Also they don’t listen. We asked for smalls and mediums and the proceeded to put larges for everything. We are not coming back to this establishment until they get their life together

We had a very good experience at Sonic. It's always nice to stop for a meal of just for dessert. Everything is good.

Sevice could of been better but in there defense i believe our waitress was new and doing her best.. order was correct but you could see she was struggling

Placed a mobile order here, entered my stall upon arrival, then waited 10+ mins. When I paged the carhop to check on my order, I was told there was an issue and my order was canceled and refunded. It was not, ultimately I had to file a dispute for not receiving the services/ items. This issue was not clearly communicated, nor was I told it was canceled until I inquired..

Lady working the drive through was a real delight …. I’m thinking she came from the DMV the way she communicated with customers. I don’t reccomend going unless you want your night ruined.
