Five Guys - West Lafayette

Greasy and delicious. This place is just a no-frills burger place. But it does that VERY well. Everything cooked to order, the potatoes right there where you can see them and get an emotional attachment to the potato you might be eating (I guess). Delicious burgers, fries and drinks and you won't leave hungry. That's for sure. I don't come often and I'm not sure why. I should.

One of the best pommes I've ever had. I ordered a big pommes and expected it to be like McDonald's big. I was wrong! It was very big. You even put extras in your pocket! The fries were made to order. So you have to wait a bit. During waiting, enjoy the endless peanuts! I got my frits fresh from the kitchen! Surely would come back for more!

This is one of the few burger joints that offers an incredibly tasty vegetarian sandwich! It was really delicious. However, they didn't have any complimentary peanuts available, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. They’re open until 4:00, making them a real lifesaver!

I had a quick visit. The campus was extremely busy, and the staff worked hard to get orders out to the customers. Since I don’t go there often, I missed the chance to let them know I wanted to customize my burger. I ended up a little disappointed with the standard burger I received.

Five Guys is amazing! Their burgers are made fresh to order and come with plenty of free toppings. The fries are served piping hot and incredibly crispy. I personally find the Cajun fries a bit too salty, so I usually stick with the classic style. They also have shakes, which are surprisingly delicious. While the restaurant can be a bit messy at times, the quality of the food definitely makes up for it.
