Kfc - West Lafayette

I had a terrible experience at the pickup window. The staff member was rude and refused to give me a receipt. To make matters worse, he shorted me two coleslaws and told me not to come back when I argued that he needed to provide a receipt. He assured me he would refund my credit card for the missing coleslaws, but he never did. When I tried to call back for an explanation, no one answered, despite my attempts. I really hope someone in management sees this! I do not recommend this place at all—Popeyes is just down the street!

I was informed that the popcorn chicken was only available in a large size, but all I wanted was a small portion. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. The staff member spoke in a very soft, foreign accent, and I had trouble understanding him because he never looked up and kept his head down the entire time. This happened at the location on 52 West Lafayette around 8:15 in the evening.

Usually the lady that works the drive through is very nice. Today we encountered a real rude clown. Never heard anyone act like that. This guy has no business dealing with the public. Yeah I?m the that told you to F off.

The food was fairly typical, perhaps slightly better than your average KFC. The service was average as well. However, the atmosphere left much to be desired. One major concern for me was noticing some workers without hats or gloves at times.

This location is the best when it comes to food quality, customer service and overall experience. The staff is super friendly. Tracey has always been extremely helpful and goes above and beyond when it comes to helping us with orders. Whether we orderthrough the drive thru or at the counter, the wait times are always low and the food is always fresh! I highly recommend thislocation to my friends and family any time we are looking for a quick bite!
