Yummy Time - West Lafayette

I recently dined at a restaurant that offers over twelve different vegetarian options on their menu. The stand-out dish for me was the Vege-Tem, which was unlike anything I've ever tasted before. Despite the unusual combination of sweet potato, asparagus, and jalapeno, these ingredients somehow complemented each other perfectly, resulting in a truly delicious and innovative dish.
