Bidra med feedbackIn my opinion the best place to eat in West Liberty, staff is very nice and the food is wonderful. One of the last places you can order real food, 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting old school burger joint type food.
Waited about 20 min for our order. The young man waited that long to make our shake while other orders were flying out that came in after us. Food was fine. Service needs a lot of work
This place is the first place I remember getting ice cream cones as a child. Now when I’m in the area to visit, it’s a must-go spot. Their hot fudge peanut butter shake is decadent—like a liquid Reese’s cup.
Their ice cream is the best. I just recently found out they use UDF brand ice cream. I had not been in decades because the place was not good and marveled at how it stayed in business, the only thing I could surmise is that people went because of nostalgia and having nothing to compare it too. I have not been brave enough to try any food but, the deserts are the best you'll get around here. Parking: Park at the pawn shop next door, it's a lot easier.
Hit a Busy time I guess Not much room inside for the workers. Word of advice Get a Shake. I ordered a sundae . Asked for swirl ice cream got vanilla with just a bunch of peanut butter on top. Hubby got blackberry shake, super thick n nice. No picnic tables or any place to sit. Eat in your car or as you are driving. Parking lot is tricky. Pull all the way around or park in empty lot next door.
