Creams Cafe Hounslow - West London

Lovely Portuguese cafe. Staff are lovely and friendly. Lovely food and coffee. Typical Portuguese food and also a supermarket of Portuguese groceries. A touch of Portugal in the middle of Hounslow. Definitely recommend.

If you are portuguese, or you have been in portugal or even if you are just curious give this small cafe a chance, the staff is amazing, always fun and professional. There is a good variety of pastery from portugal and also they sell products from Portugal (which between me and you its so tasty!

I recently visited a Creams location and it was a disappointing experience. The cookie dough dessert was underwhelming, as the plate was mostly filled with nuts instead of the promised cookie dough. Additionally, it did not come with the wafer that was listed on the menu. The ice creams had been served in plastic cups, which was not the expected presentation.

The service was terrible and the desserts were overpriced. I just wanted to enjoy a nice waffle with my friend, as they have always been made well here. However, the staff was rude, lazy, and seemed more interested in socializing with each other, laughing, and eating ice cream at the till. Our order ended up being forgotten and they were talking loudly in their own language. I would not recommend Hounslow Creams to anyone.

Terrible service. There were three servers all of who were extremely rude at 9.00 pm on 9/11/22 they spoke in another language and one of them was even eating ice cream on the till.They had forgotten about our waffle until my friend reminded them and it was not even busy.They were talking in punjabi and making fun of a customer, which is very unacceptable. Our waffle came in raw and we were very unhappy since we paid 7.95 for it. I had a very good impression for creams and was a regular customer until that happened. I doubt I will go back again
