Chicken Coop - West Memphis

The wings are delicious and cooked to your liking. I visit about twice a year. I think they could improve if the manager were more personable, but she seems too set in her ways to change. If she were just a bit friendlier, I would order takeout from them more often.

This is the only Chick-fil-A I've ever visited where my order has been wrong twice! The service is definitely lacking here, and it's disheartening to witness a decline in their usual standards.

I will never eat at this establishment again. $15 for a suppose to be large cheeseburger meal that comes with a small drink and small fry! Unheard of! Then when I told her I ordered a large meal that should come with a large drink and fry she had a nasty attitude telling me “you can’t get a large drink nowhere when you order a large meal” So yea i most definitely won’t spend another penny with this lady! Very very nasty attitude and very rude! No stars if I could and a big thumbs down!

You would get a five except that you always seem closed. I've been told the food is good. But you gotta b open to get the money
