Bidra med feedbackWe order from Domino's once or twice a week at home, so we decided to give this particular location a try despite the negative reviews, as it was the closest option. That turned out to be a mistake! The breadsticks were burnt and as hard as a rock, and the cinnamon sticks were just as bad. To make matters worse, the pizza was only cool to lukewarm at best. This was the worst experience I've had at a Domino's. We love Domino's, but this location definitely deserves its poor ratings.
I went in to place an order, and my husband didn't realize that the girl taking the order was new. She would ask him what he wanted, but whenever he responded, the other girl would stop her from entering the order. This led to the new employee repeatedly asking, "Can I help you again?" The woman training her had a bit of an attitude, which added to my husband's frustration. Eventually, he asked if he could speak to her. I understand that employees need training, but I believe the trainer should be right there beside them so they can observe and practice with guidance.
The Brooklyn style pizza was good. I love how it folds into a sandwich almost. I felt like John Travolta eating a slice in the Staying Alive , movie, while walking to the job.
I let the driver know that I didn't want the pizza anymore. I called the store at 9:18 PM and I'm still waiting for help. To make matters worse, someone hung up on me earlier, so I had to call back, and I’m still waiting for someone to answer. The manager's name is Mindy. Since I paid with my card, I'm requesting a refund, but it’s now 9:41 PM and no one is picking up the phone. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would.
I came in yesterday and had a very pleasant lady greet me with an energetic personality. Everyone in the back was working hard. My pizza was fresh and hot. Great experience!
