Kroger Bakery - West Memphis

Hats off to the management! We found ourselves in the midst of a tornado warning but about 20 customers and employees were safely sheltered inside the restaurant. Despite the chaos, they remained calm and even provided a chair for an elderly lady. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort, even apologizing for the inconvenience of the cold temperature. Thank you for your exceptional service!

The restaurant does not allow truck drivers to park and store much-needed food in their lot. They allowed a clarinet dropship to park in an unauthorized vehicle and threatened to call the police. This treatment is unfair and shows a lack of appreciation for truck drivers who play a vital role in keeping the restaurant stocked. As a result, they have lost yet another loyal customer.
