Buffalo Wild Wings - West Monroe

Ordered online around 710 order showed ready for pickup at 740 when I arrived. They said ordered wasn't ready. 752 I requested my money back. They promised me 5 minutes. I started talking to a gentleman and 10 minutes went by they said we promise 5 minutes. At 818 I am still awaiting my order. Worst service ever. At 825 still no food and I received a refund.. Others here experiencing same thing. Do not recommend!!!!

Great food, great service, nice outdoor dining area. We had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch.

40 minute wait for wings, no thanks. the employees didn't seem like they were trained very well. the 5 minutes I was in there I heard 3 employees say “let me ask the manager”

Their grill was broken the day we visited, so no Phillies or brisket sandwiches. I had a fried chicken sandwich and my wife had a chicken wrap. Both were ok, but I had my mind set on BBQ brisket.

Sam they guy that waited on us, was awesome food was good.
