Subway - West Monroe

I ordered a meatball sub and was told that I could just go to Walmart and buy a bag of meatballs if I wanted one. When I pressed her for more information, she mentioned that she actually has meatballs available but simply refuses to make them. This occurred on February 12, 2023, at 9:30 PM. I stop at this truck stop twice a week on my route, but I’m done with this Subway as long as this employee is still working there. Service: Takeout.

The service was excellent, and the employees were very respectful. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

This place deserves no stars—yet I have to give it one to leave a review! Drivers should definitely avoid stopping here at night for food. This truck stop feels useless. The 24/7 Subway was closed by 11:45 PM! The Wendy’s, which is supposedly open until 1 AM, was also locked up at the same time. I couldn’t find any hot food or even cold sandwiches!

Amazing Subway! The place was spotless, all the vegetables appeared fresh, and the two staff members at the counter were courteous! I highly recommend it!
