Wendy's - West Monroe

So it’s been a while since I stopped at a local Wendy’s, lots has changed first I wanna say their new queso burger is good I still want to add the queso fries are good as well. Their service was unbelievable I was in the line in the drive-through line for a total of five minutes my food came out hot. They gave me my food with a smile asked how my day was everybody seem like they had a great attitude this Wendy’s really impressed me. Thank you.

In the past I had a few not so pleasant visits to this location but I must say, they’ve really stepped it up! It makes me wonder if they had a management change or something. My food was hot and fresh, and was served up super quickly by friendly associates. I’ll definitely be returning. Keep it up, Wendy’s team!

Holy cow, I've never had greasier, floppier, nastier fries in my whole life. Raw potatoes would have been better. I'm not one to hate on Wendy's but someone somewhere needed to evaluate the quality of the fries they were serving because the rest of the food was good but the fries were practically inedible.

I eat Wendy's quite often and only occasionally have a complaint. Nothing serious before now. I was eating my Baconator and what do I see? A little piece of plastic staring back at me. Just glad it wasn't one of my kids. Looks like the clip for a bread bag. Should not be in my burger!!
