Bimini Twist - West Palm Beach

In total, we spent around $200 across three tabs and tipped generously. I even captured a video to document our request to stay, which highlights the fact that the restaurant was aware there were no actual reservations for our table or any of the other open tables. We had six cocktails and were treated poorly despite the restaurant being slow at 8:25 PM, indicating they didn't actually need the table back. I can't help but wonder if our treatment was influenced by the color of our skin. At 8:59 PM, I got up to film several empty tables, including the one we were asked to vacate after simply requesting another drink. I would recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for respectful service, especially after spending $200 for two people. I would appreciate it if the management reached out to me, as the server mentioned a manager had stated there was a reservation. Someone was not being truthful, as there were no guests for that table or many others, and I have video evidence to confirm this.

I visited Bimini Twist two days ago, marking my second visit in the past year, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The portions were so generous that we couldn’t finish everything. I brought my Pad Thai home and enjoyed it for lunch the next day. We also had seafood, including shrimp, sea bass, salmon, and mussels, all of which were really good. The Key Lime pie was delicious as well! Oh, and the spinach was great too!

For our main courses, we had Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, and Alaskan king crab. The king crab was underwhelming; it seemed overcooked, which was particularly disappointing given the price. The Chilean sea bass, however, was excellent. Our server was very friendly and asked us to cut into our filet to check the cooking level, which felt a bit unusual—maybe he's accustomed to the kitchen making mistakes. After spending $300 for the meal, it didn't feel worth that amount. I don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon.

Cheryl was AMAZING! We decided to do a last minute large party for my mom and she made everything super easy and perfect! The portions were great, and the food was delicious. I brought the decorations and she helped with our setup. I would absolutely recommend Bimini Twist (and Cheryl) for any large parties!

Went here for our sons 18th birthday. We have eaten here many times over the past several years. The quality of the food here never disappoints. Occasionally they are out of an item on the menu, but everything they serve is great! The service is very good, with no empty glasses or long waits for simple items. Atmosphere is very pleasant, although the fixtures (tables, carpets, etc. could use a freshening up or remodel), but the decorations are nice. Good wine list and bar service. The food has NEVER disappointed!! One of the best restraints for a nice dinner out in the western communities! Our waitress did a great job of making a nice dessert presentation with a candle for our son as well!!
