This is my go-to spot before games. The food and draft beer prices are quite reasonable, and they have large TVs and a pool table. It’s never completely crowded, which is something I appreciate. One downside I’ve noticed is that the bartender sometimes lets patrons play their own music. While that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it can get too loud at times, and I found myself needing to leave because of it. Overall, it’s a great place for locals in the Northwood area!

If you’re looking for a straightforward sandwich, this is the spot for you! The prime rib sandwich is served at room temperature, so you won't risk burning your mouth. Plus, you won’t have to worry about getting full too quickly, as they skip the usual sandwich toppings like lettuce and tomatoes. It’s just meat and bread, and it’s a great deal at $10, accompanied by slightly cool fries. However, it’s probably best to visit this place after enjoying a few drinks!

The food is good, but the service is too slow for lunchtime. I've been there twice when the dining room was empty, ordered the special, and had to wait over 30 minutes for my meal. Additionally, on both occasions when I paid with cash, I didn’t receive the correct change, as all the coins were left out. I find this quite rude. I sincerely hope that management and ownership make some improvements in the front of the house before it's too late for the restaurant.

Asley the bartender was excellent. So friendly. The food was fresh: chicken nachos, BBQ wings, and well done burger was enough for three of us to share.

I give this place three stars because it does what it set up to do. Some here criticized the food or service....guys, it's a pub/bar, so it's not exactly the place to expect white linen and great food. You come here to chill, have a cold one, some finger food and watch sport probably. It's not a fancy bar, it's more of a dive. It's an okay place if you set your expectations right.
