Starbucks - West Palm Beach

Nice customer service! Wonderful scenery. Beautiful art work! Check out the photo below. Traffic is very high here, but they are super quick so no fear.

Store was filthy. Employee looked like he/she hated working there. Milk sitting out on bar. All in all got a bad taste after walking in so we left. Employees still forced to wear a face gag-sad!

Very nice Starbucks with very nice staff. My food and drinks were made quickly and to the T. It's situated in a very high density area and the foot traffic is very light. The location isn't visible but it has very nice furniture and very nice patrons. Overall I would recommend if your in the area to stop here. There's a parking garage right around the corner. Don't go here if your not in the mood to be around a ton of people. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The store maybe needs some re-training? I waited a full 15 minutes for my simple order of egg bites and cold brew. There were at least four people working. A line of 8+ people formed and the employees were so slow and kept doing things like restocking, taking out the trash, etc when clearly they needed to be all hands on deck making orders. I finally asked about my drink from the 3rd barista that switched out making drinks and he found my cup sitting on the counter and then started making it. When I was there I also witnessed another guy who never got his order (it was still sitting behind the bar) and a couple people whose drinks were made wrong. They need to do better here!

Busy location! I recommend ordering ahead if you?re in a rush. It?s very clean and staff are friendly. There?s plenty of seating and the space feels welcoming. Located right in the middle of City Place it?s so convenient and accessible.
