This place is spotlessly clean, staff are friendly, service is quick and everything is tasty and made in store. My office comes here for every morning tea. Only down fall is that they dont accept amex so we cant charge to the corporate card.

What a great addition to the strong coffee game in west perth! Gesha coffee beans and served with a smile too. The scones are also my fave at this bakery. The refurbishment also looks great!

Situated at the upper end of West Perth, close by to a Red Cat stop, I saw this place and had to go in. I love bakeries, especially those with all kinds of pastries. Looking at the display cabinet, I was drooling over what to get. I chose a cannoli, mini tarts and also an eclair. The cannoli was a little heavy but I liked the orange zest and cheese combo. Not really in the tradition of what I would expect from a cannoli. The caramel tart was delicious and so too the eclair with custard. The choux pastry of the eclair is nice and light. As a customer service expert, I was absolutely appalled by the staffs complete ignorance of their surroundings, so unobservant and served 3 people before me who were after me. Finally when they decided to notice me after I called them out for it, I abruptly left. Their food looks delicious but being treat and served properly is equally important, I will not be back.

You'll always be satisfied with a treat from Joe's Bakery! They have a wide range of delicious tarts and desserts to chose from that are very easy on the eyes. The pies and sausage rolls are a hit in our office too! The lunch rolls and sandwiches are so good and the best value I have found in West Perth. Staff are always very friendly and quick to serve.
