Applebee's Grill - West Seneca

Wow, this restaurant has really changed. It used to be my go-to spot for apples, but it has undergone a significant transformation. We ordered our food and waited for over 30 minutes. My fish dish had only a small piece of fish that looked like a sandwich, and the fries were ice cold, so I returned them and only got a deduction from the bill. The food was delivered by someone in street clothes, and it was unclear if they were actually an employee. My daughter's oriental chicken salad had seasoned/brown lettuce and about a quarter of it was purple cabbage, which she only ate part of before leaving the rest. I felt sorry for our waitress, who kept apologizing and mentioned that they had new chefs. This will be my last visit to this chaotic restaurant.

The server was fantastic, but the dining experience was only mediocre. I ordered the crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich, but unfortunately, the roll was stale and the chicken was so tough that I couldn't even take a bite. I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

If they are a veteran, they will not go here. my friend went in to get her veteran free escape that is widely used for veteran day. at the pick-up of their order they gave her only 10% and would not give her the free escape. a man came after my friend and received the discount. after the conversation with the manager was explained that they only offer the discount for togo orders in “extreme cases”. my friend served in the U.S. Army, and that's what she gets in opposition? applebees does not care for our fearless soldiers and veterans who fight for our freedom and continue to fight.

Good communication with server, atmosphere is ok, just something I didn't like is that applebee is overpriced. food: 3/5

I usually love going to this location but I don’t think I’ll be going back unfortunately. The lettuce was wilted and dirty. The broccoli was old and gross and our potatoes were burnt brown instead of the white color they’re supposed to be. I pointed out the salad and asked the owner/boss woman for a new appetizer for a replacement but the owner ended up charging us for them anyway and just taking 3.50 off our bill. I don’t see how that’s compensation for dirt in my food and my broccoli molding/wilting. It doesn’t seem like the women who runs the place knew what she was doing or cared to say the least.
