Paula's Donuts - West Seneca

I had a fantastic experience during my first visit to Paula's Donuts. When I mentioned to the young lady at the counter that I was visiting from out of town and had never been there before, she took the time to explain the different types of donuts they offered and guided me through the menu. She even kindly made some regular sugar donations upon my request. The donuts turned out to be larger than the usual ones, with some unique options like the Keksteig Donut and Lucy Charms, among others. Overall, they were absolutely delicious, and I couldn’t resist trying more than one. The next time I'm in town, I will definitely stop by again. I really wish I had caught the young lady's name, as she provided outstanding customer service.

You have the best donuts I’ve ever tasted! Your donuts are filled with cream or jelly and are a good size. The prices match the quality you provide. The staff is friendly, and while mornings can be busy, the wait time moves quickly.

The donuts at Paula's were fantastic! We tried the coconut cream, chocolate Bavarian cream, and an apple fritter. We also enjoyed a tasty turkey sandwich and a few more chocolate donuts. I highly recommend Paula's!

This is a delicious donut. I had several and they're all solid. These are the best donuts I had in buffalo. My personal favorites are the chocolate glazed and the peanut bar. Good work. Paula!
