Pizza Hut - West Valley City

I ordered from this restaurant and they completely forgot the extra marinara sauce and the sodas I requested. They mentioned they would send out the sodas they missed, but that was four hours ago and I still haven’t received them. I usually don't order from Pizza Hut since it tends to be pricier than other chains. I've learned my lesson—next time, I'll save my money and go with Domino's instead.

I picked up a large supreme pizza tonight, and it was a disappointment. They layered it incorrectly, putting the cheese down first, followed by the marinara and then the toppings. As a result, the cheese didn’t melt properly, and when I tried to pick up a slice, all the toppings and marinara just slid right off. I mentioned this to them, and they offered me $5 in store credit. Are you kidding me? What am I supposed to do with that? Maybe buy a 2-liter soda? Shaking my head.

I received the wrong pizza and tried calling four times, only to be hung up on after waiting on hold with the automated system. Eventually, I managed to speak to someone, but they sounded like a self-entitled teenager without any customer service skills. There was no apology for the mistake, but they did offer to send out another pizza—at my expense. I understand that the food service industry can be challenging, but it's important to take care of your customers since they support you. Moving forward, I will choose to drive to the Pizza Hut down the street instead of ordering delivery from this location again.

We originally ordered from Domino's...They canceled our order without telling us, so at 9:45 PM we decided to get Pizza Hut. They got the pizzas to us within a reasonable amount of time and it was perfect!! Thank you for salvaging what was left of ourFriday Night!

Placed an order for lunch, scheduled a time for pickup. Realised we needed it a little earlier so called 3 TIMES to try and insure it would be ready on time. No answer. When I arrived, I sat for over 10 minutes. No one came to greet, or give anupdate. When some one finally did come out, the order was indeed ready, but no customer service at all. Pizza Hut is one of myfavorite pizza places, but will definitely avoid the location in the future.
