Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

We went this past weekend. When we arrived there were a few people waiting, they said the wait was about 20 minutes ok no biggie. Called back at 15 minutes, lots of empty tables but lots of workers . Sat down was greeted right away , placed our drink orders and about five minutes after that we placed our food order. I will say I know for a fact they have changed where the food comes from, the food we waited about 30 minutes was not hot at all! However the kids meal plate was very hot that I'm glad I grabbed before my grandson could! The person dropping off was like oh sorry and walked away. We didn't see our waiter for another 25 minutes and by that time I had two bites of my nasty grilled chicken sandwich it was rubbery and cold from the beginning I know all they did was reheat it as the cheese was not melted at all. We asked for a box for the kids meal which was the only thing that came out hot and was greeted by another waiter and we paid and left and will never go back. I have read other reviews with almost the same issue and that was last month! Good luck keeping employees and customers !

Recently went to have dinner and the waitress was not attentive. Did not bring us napkins. She came by to ask if we needed anything else and we gave our request drinks, napkins and extra fries. However, we did not receive any of it until after we were done eating. I've worked in the restaurant buisness before and I am well aware of what it takes to have a customer leave a great review. We had to ask a buzzer to bring us napkins. The busser was more attentive than our waitress was. I understand that we all have shitty days however, if you don't like what you do then look for another job that you have a passion for or at least happy to go to work.

Weekend night I expected it to be busier than it was but our wait was only about 15 minutes. If I knew they were using the waitlist from Yelp, I would have signed in sooner. Good to know for next time. Host was nice and efficient. Food was good. Nothing to die for, but it was good burger with good fries. I got the pretzel beer cheese burger with steak fries; I love dipping my food in stuff so the cheese (and ranch because why not? was perfect for this one. Bae got the same burger but added an egg to it with sweet potato fries. My reviewer in training ; got a cheeseburger as plain as day with steak fries. All of us went home full and with some bottomless fries to go. Freckled lemonade was good, not overly sweet which was perfect for me. I can't remember our server's name, but he was quick and attentive. Never had to call him over once for refills on drinks and he checked in on us a couple times. Food came out pretty fast as we weren't there longer than 1 1/2 hours. Location seemed clean from what I could see, didn't use the restroom during this visit.

YUM! ALWAYS! Too many good things to say about this menu and the service and staff here! Superb! All of it!

We came in for lunch we were greeted in a timely manner however the server was rude and unfriendly. (Her name was Sydney) The food came out in a timely matter it was good except my fries were like the end of the batch very small and hard when I had asked for new fries the server basically walked away before I could ask for more. I think we were only checked on the 1 time. We also never received any silverware we got the wraps but my mother has a hard time eating some things and was needing a fork which we never received. We love Red Robin and this experience was awful.
