Bidra med feedbackOnce I ordered a toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwich. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but it was so bad I couldn't eat it. The last time I ordered minimum chips and gravy. The gravy was like thick and grainy and really awful. I literally live 10 houses away from effies and can't order from there it's pretty annoying.
Best fish and chips we have had for a long time. The fish was fresh and chip were crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Yummy. Staff very friendly.

A very friendly atmosphere with not to long a wait. This is a family run take out. We have eaten from Effie's many times now and have not complaints.
Love Effie! Always welcoming and good value for money. She also cooks your chips a little longer if asked. Miss her being open on Sundays though.
