Ernie's - West Yellowstone

Had the Build Your Own Sandwich… 2 days in a row. Great tasting sandwich, quality ingredients large enough to share with another person. While some have commented on the prices , everything in Yellowstone and surrounding areas is high priced based on limited supply and high demand. The quality here is worth it you have to get some food for day trips into the park, which has fewer options and would be much more expensive. Staff was friendly both days, even telling me about winter time options for Yellowstone. Would definitely recommend..

Ernie's is fantastic! The staff are very polite and hospitable, and make some amazing food. We had breakfast one morning and liked it so much that we went back again the next day!

Absolutely delicious breakfast. French family owned. Very nice. Had croissant sandwich and delicious hash browns. Also got a box lunch for our trip into Yellowstone.

My husband and I had breakfast at Ernie's. Excellent food and service. I had the biscuits and gravy, which was delicious. My husband had the ultimate breakfast sandwich and he said it was delicious as well. I would recommend.
