Wendy's - Westbank

The service was excellent with fast delivery, delicious and hot burgers, and having a speedy driver really enhanced the experience.

I ordered the Chili Cheese Nachos (380 calories) and was disappointed to find that they were plain, with no cheese or chili. The Spicy Chicken Wrap Duo (720 calories) had hard, stale wraps. The Double Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger (530 calories) was tasty, but the rest of my order was not prepared properly and it was clear that no care was put into my food.

The 10-piece crispy chicken nuggets were cold, as if they had been left out for an hour or more. Despite requesting a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger without tomato, it still came with tomato and was only lukewarm. The fries with sea salt were also cold and we were given small sizes instead of large. The Coca-Cola was a small instead of a large and tasted like it was sugar-free. The large chili we ordered was served as a small, but at least it was hot. Despite paying for sour cream on the chili, it was not included. The chili cheese fries we ordered with cheese curds did not have the cheese curds added, and there was no cheese sauce either. Overall, this was a terrible experience with service and it felt like a complete disregard for the customer's satisfaction.

Wendys is always our late night go to for delivery! Rarely disappoint! ;pp

You can never go wrong with Wendys quality and tasty meals. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
