Taco Bell - WESTBOROUGH

This is the BEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. I may have gotten lucky but all 5 times I have been to this specific location, the food has been amazing. Best Taco Bell in MA!!!

Staff will lie to your face about your order. Don't leave the drive though without checking. Better yet, go to the three other nearby stores. [Was a 4 star review 4 years ago]

This location is incredibly quick, and the food is freshly made. Typically, food can be lukewarm or even cold elsewhere, but here, they ensure that customers receive fresh meals. The customer service representatives were fantastic as well—very friendly and sociable. I hope more businesses move in because at least this place offers fast, high-quality, and welcoming service.

It's absolutely terrible! My taco pizza was crushed at the bottom of the bag, leaving the top stuck to the box. All the hard tacos were soggy, and the burrito supreme had a shell that was torn in multiple places, making it impossible to eat! I won’t be coming back again! COVID is no longer a valid excuse for poor food and service, especially when you're left waiting 30 minutes for fast food!

The customer service staff is also fantastic—very sociable and friendly. I hope this place attracts more business, as they offer fast, excellent service with a welcoming atmosphere.
