P.f. Chang's Westbury

The special appetizers were very good, like the main course. a lot of eating nice to share.

Tasty eating, unconsistent prices for seafood options (dishes with garnel are less money than regular garnel; substituierung garnelen Add-on is not the best worth.)

It was alright not as good as the other location in nyc.

Always understaffed, I like the sushi there that’s about it. Everything else is very oily.

I used Opentable to book a reservation for 7PM. The reservation was acknowledged, but I still had go back to the front desk to enquire about my reservation. Three two party couples that came in after me were seated before us. We were seated at the rear of the restaurant I was able to see the kitchen and the preparation floor. For my seat I could see the grease build on the floor with debris. At our table, there was no silverware. We had to ask for it when our appetizers came. The floor beneath my seat was so bad that our feet stuck to the floor. I have been to other P.F. Chang's and this is by far the worst. I will never go there again. Even after the bill came, our waitress took a very long time to come and pick up the check..even after we stood up so that she could see us ready to leave. P.F. Chang's in Westbury does not honor Opentable reservations that we could see. Please remove them or correct this behavior. Please fix this location.
