I've tried almost every restaurant in Westcliffe, and if you're looking for an outstanding bacon cheeseburger, Ranchers Rooster is the place to go. The burger is truly exceptional. I'm not sure about all the other dishes; the fries are decent, I suppose, but the bacon cheeseburger really stands out. By the way, I have a question about the mayonnaise.
The view is fantastic, and the breakfast is delicious. The biscuits are hearty, and the cinnamon roll is incredibly tasty.
