55 Beach Street Cafe - Westerly

I had the sausage gravy served on English muffins, along with corned beef hash and home fries. Everything was delicious, tasted fresh, and was very filling. The service was prompt and courteous. If I weren't so full right now, I would definitely come back for lunch in an hour or so. This will be my go-to spot whenever I'm in Westerly!

My sister and I visited this morning for breakfast after our yoga class. Despite financial struggles, she decided to leave a dollar tip for the older server with blonde/red hair, simply to be kind. However, that server had the nerve to react with attitude, making us feel guilty about the tip. She complained about her low hourly wage and suggested that my sister's dollar was almost rude. While I understand her frustration, being rude to customers over a tip is completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend dining here if you don't want to be confronted about your gratuity.

Let me start by saving the food was delightful! It was gone in 2 minutes by the time it landed in front of me. Unfortunately it took 45 minutes to arrive after the order was placed. Most everyone else around us was waiting as well. I suggest having a snack before you go here to eat!

Everytime we come to Rhode Island we come here. The food is amazing , so fresh and perfect. The staff is so nice. We seriously feel like family is taking care of us here. You will love it!!!

This was our first time here and probably our last. The cafe is small and cluttered with stuff. First impresion walking through the door is this place needs a serious renovation. Our waitress was very pleasant and took our order quickly but our food was slow to come out. My wife said her eggs were cold and bacon was almost burnt. She did not like her coffee. I had the corn beef hash, Kielbasa, and blueberry muffin. My muffin was very good, Kielbasa slightly burnt, and the hash was very small and almost burnt but I liked it. The meals was under 25 dollars which was nice.
