The Local Eatery Pub - Westfield

We have visited this local restaurant several times over the past year and have always been pleased with both the service and the food. The establishment features a dining area and a separate bar, but both offer the same menu. True to its name, the restaurant focuses on sourcing ingredients from local farms and suppliers whenever possible. From salads to steaks, their dishes are consistently well-prepared and delicious. Do keep in mind that wait times on Friday and Saturday nights can be quite lengthy, so I highly recommend making a reservation rather than attempting to walk in.

We had another fantastic meal at this restaurant! The mushroom burger and chicken sluice were both excellent, and the fries were delicious as well. Our server, Isaak, was wonderful—very attentive and friendly. Thank you! We will definitely be coming back.

We have sat for a casual family dinner with our 2 year old for the birthday of my mannes. mia was a wonderful server! contempt, but not transferred. the food was delicious per usual. our daughter made a little chaos on the table, but we felt comfortable in this family-friendly atmosphere. that is still one of our favorite spots!

Have eaten here many times, and they always have new and interesting selections on the menu. Recently, we've really enjoyed the smelt appetizer. And I enjoyed the grouper entree, while my wife liked her quinoa burger. The only item the Local is lacking, in my opinion, is their desserts. Their crumbles are just average, as are the beignets. But the rest of the menu is very good, so we will keep going back.

We had a lovely dinner with friends at this local restaurant. The cocktails were delicious, and the food was excellent as well. Our server was very sweet, although we would have appreciated a bit more attention. We went without water for a while and almost forgot to order another cocktail because of the delayed service. It’s unclear whether it was intentional or due to a staff shortage. While it wasn't a major issue, there’s definitely room for improvement. Overall, we had a pleasant evening at this place! Be sure to try the Tater Tarts and the Margaritini—so delicious!
