Duncano's - Westhill

Went for the Sunday roast beef. Nice cut of beef, plenty of veggies and potatoes, but soon got cold the way it was presented on the wooden platter. Parking: Shopping centre car park and it was busy. Then had to walk through the precinct to get to the restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Really nice place, food is great but really could benefit from a proper veggie roast option that isn’t a risotto when there’s so many good meat alternatives or a nut roast and also veggie gravy. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Took 20 minutes for the waitress to come back to the table, which only happened because I went to the bar and asked for drinks for the table. Waitress took our drinks order, and our food order at the same time (party of 2) and before she left the table forgot our order. One of the drinks was wrong. Drank it anyway as I had already sat for over 20 minutes before the drinks arrived. When the mains arrived, one of the sides was also wrong. Ordered mac and cheese but got cauliflower and cheese instead. Didn't make a big deal of it as I could eat that too, but there were so many errors in such a small order. Asked for the sweet menu, waited a further 20 plus minutes, and it didn't arrive; so I just asked for the bill, paid, and left. It was disappointing, as the food was nice and the place had a good ambience, etc., but I don't think I'll be back.
