In-n-out Burger - Westlake Village

Great fresh food not a fan of the French fries they were beyond dry. Just not my type of fries the drive thru was quick and our food was hot.

Just want to give a shout out to the main store manager, Justin, and and the on-duty manager, Josh, who I had the pleasure of meeting when I placed a very large order a few days ahead of time. Both were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful! In short, we wanted to have 100 burgers prepared and at the ready for our wedding planner to pick-up and bring back to my daughter 's wedding reception as a late-night snack for late-staying guests. I came in 9 days early to arrange for this order and Justin, who was most attentive (despite my unfortunately arriving during a bit of a busy time) in accepting my order. He wrote everything down, including the name and phone number of the contact person for the person who would be in charge of picking up the order the day of the wedding. He advised me that to ensure there would not be any confusion, that I should return the actual week of the wedding because of how In Out manages their weekly ordering/accounting. He provided me with his schedule for that week and how to directly contact him if needed. I returned on the Wednesday before the wedding, to find Josh in charge. He too could not have been more friendly and helpful. I explained my conversation with Justin. He immediately called Justin (who was actually off that week until Friday), and was able to locate the order as written by Justin. I was able to easily complete the transaction, confident that everything would go smoothly on Sunday (the day of the wedding). Suffice to say....when I looked around at 10pm during the wedding reception, I saw (to the ABSOLUTE DELIGHT of our guests...many, who like the bride and groom, live in NYC) our caterer 's servers tray-passing the In Out burgers, and wearing In Out hats (some of which our guests then managed to find and wear as they danced around with silent disco headphones on). Want to thank Justin and Josh for their part in providing my daughter and her husband with the perfect grand finale to their wedding night. Our photographer definitely got some priceless photos of the bride and groom in their formal wedding wear, both wearing an In Out hat, with a burger in one hand and drink in the other!!!

Service is so nice and polite even though they seem like high schoolers working part time. Always love in n out and always choose this whenever we can. This place is not too crowded whenever I come and parking is nice. On top of that, the view is nice with the comfy AC. Good food, good service, good view, good atmosphere. I cannot think of anything I can demand?

Can?t go wrong with In-N-Out! Never been to this location and they did great. It?s the quality and service you expect from In-N-Out. They are constantly doing a great job. Next time, look under your cup for some encouragement from Scripture. The food is great Milkshakes are cold Fries and fried Bathrooms are clean Employees are safe!

Always quick service at In and Out. Love the meal. Travelled 1600 miles to come back for a taste. Everything was delicious. Friendly service. Bathrooms could be cleaned better, but rest of the restaurant was kept clean well. Like the Bible references on the bottom of the cups.
