Panera Bread - Westlake

I haven't ordered food from this restaurant, so I can't speak to that experience. However, I was truly impressed by the fantastic teamwork I witnessed during the afternoon! It's amazing what a difference it makes for a delivery driver when the staff collaborates to resolve any issues with electronic orders that often get lost in the chaos. They handled everything with patience, politeness, and efficiency, ensuring the meals were delivered accurately without any complaints or fuss. Their smiles and professional courtesy, combined with a genuine desire to get things right, were evident, even during the busy lunch rush. Kudos to the back team at Westlake Panera—you really deserve it!

Last night, the catering team was incredibly friendly and took the time to go over everything they had prepared with us. The presentation was stunning, and the quantity of food was more than sufficient. Our staff was very pleased with all the selections we made.

I had a wonderful experience at this Panera Bread location before work and after my dentist appointments whenever I have the opportunity in the morning. The service here is far superior to that of the Sheffield Village Panera Bread, especially in terms of work ethic. The food was incredibly fresh and served promptly. Plus, the coffee was replenished without me having to ask the manager, which is very convenient for staying on schedule. If I could, I would make it a daily breakfast spot before work since discovering this place. I'm a happy customer—thank you!
