Wendy's - Westlake

Pre game lunch. The drive through was not busy at all. 1 truck in front if us. The guy was rude and kept asking is that all? After every item. There were 3 of us. Then they missed 1 item and and denied it. Paid $36 for terrible cold food. Never again!!!

I tend to pick up food here late at night and this store has been excellent. Service and food both.

Ordered two singles. One was warm, the other was cold and had a hair in it.Drive through guy was irritated we asked for extra napkins, We were the only ones in line and no one in the store

I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to the staff there tonight, 3/7/24. Stopped by on my way home and the employees were nice and polite and they were also super fast as well. I think it was honestly the fastest fast food transaction I've ever had. Very impressed. Order was all correct too. 5 stars.
