Wendy's - Westland

The pandemic has brought about all sorts of challenges, but the team here was exceptional. They were friendly, and the food came out quickly. I know this is just a review, but I want to commend you all for the great work you're doing!

The customer service was excellent. The food was fresh, hot, and ready to eat. They packaged the food neatly in the bag. The French fries were especially delicious—hot and fresh from the fryer. I will definitely be returning to this Wendy's!

I always order the apple pecan salad. My only complaint is that I have to consistently ask for the extra pecans that I’ve already requested. Other than that, no problems at all.

I really love Wendy's when I need a quick meal. Everyone knows that a Wendy's burger has that homemade taste, like I made it myself. While other fast food options are decent, there's a noticeable difference when you compare them to McDonald's or Burger King. You can definitely taste it!

The service was extremely slow. It's not a fast restaurant, which has always frustrated me, and now I remember why.
