Motto ramen is located in target area of Huntington Beach. Super convenient location. Inside is clean and newly renovated. The bowls are a good size, not too big and not too little. The ramen is al dente, pork broth is tasty and just right. I chose the spicy classic ramen. Would definitely come back here again. Highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent customer service and fast delivery of food.

This is the closest to ramen in Japan. The chashu was thick and seasoned. The seasoned egg was flavorful and had the right amount of oozy yolk. Best ramen I've had in the States

I had my food delivered last night and this place is new-go to place near huntington! The soup was so rich and flavorful. Very tasty! I’ll add more chasu for the next order though. Their karaage was another thing to enjoy. Very very delicious food from my first time here!
