Bidra med feedbackI have been a regular customer of this restaurant for the past 4+ years. In general the food was very good when we started ordering here, and the service was as expected. However, in the last years this place is losing its touch. Not only the food is getting worse and worse, but the service is the worst. Just today, I ordered a parrillada de carne for taking out. When I arrived home, there was not beef (carne). I called immediately to report the problem. Even though they gave me the beef, they made me feel like I was stealing from them because according to them they put the meat in. Look your recording, guys! Looking forward for a genuine apology. On the other hand, as you can see in the pictures confirming the lack of beef plus the arepa was all burnt, yellow potatoes were rancid. At the end only the beef was very good.
The restaurant is very small and lighting is a bit dark. My family and visited this place twice, the first time was better second time the food wasn't so good. Pan de Bono was cold inside as if they took it out of the freezer and heated it up, it wasn't freshly baked. Tostones was soft and not fried crispy. The service wasn't as good as our first visit. I'm a bit disappointed as I was hoping that this place would be our go to spot for Columbian cuisine in Weston.
The food was ok. Service was slow. They don't speak English that well. Best to know some Spanish.Food: 3/5
Super slow. The Venezuelan arepas are very simple, if you are looking for this, better go somewhere else. Also, something that surprised me (negatively) is that they gave me Club Soda when I asked for Sparking water. I think nowadays, even small places have Perrier or Pellegrino.
Who knew there was such a great place just off the Alligator Alley!Food: 5/5
