This location has serious issues with its food safety and quality. We’ve tried the food here 5 times as a family and each time is worse than the next. Most recently my family member had to throw away their meal due to rotten (yes rotten) ingredients. This is so sad and unfortunate because we desperately need allergen safe dining options. Just terribly disappointed. We will no longer patronize this business, which is also sad.

Little Beet is the most empathetic and accommodating restaurant in Southern Connecticut for people with food allergies. I am raising a boy with egg, wheat, and peanut allergies and I can always count on this place to make my son feel safe. I am so thankful for this place!

I love Little Beet! The food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is so kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a healthy bite.
