Taco Bell - Westwego

My chicken was cold and hard the biscuit hard can not eat it second time to this place first time was on point of this time made me sick.

The girl over the intercom would let us order something and then tell us they didn't have it. We'd pick another menu item and they wouldn't have that either.. why were they even opened at all? They had no food.

Extremely rude staff, cant put a taco in a bag without breaking it. Also cant fold a wrapper around a chalupa so the entirety of it dumps out into the bag. Probably the worst tacobell location on the westbank.

I'm so tired of dealing with this location. Unfortunately, this is the location nearest my house. So on this visit I ordered a Power Bowl. Requested extra cheese. Was almost home to realize there was barely any cheese at all . I go back and they took my bowl and added an abundance of cheese all over the bowl. Not trying to complain, but I don't care for cheese in my sour cream. Here are before and after pics....

Ordered a large drink and two different tacos. When I came to the window to get my food they gave me a KFC (because it's a joint operation) medium cup instead of a large cup that I paid for, not only that but my order was wrong. When I asked the man who gave me my food I had bought a large drink he said that they don't carry those anymore. I I paid for a large drink but received a medium and the wrong food. Because of covid 19 I couldn't go inside to exchange my food and the line was to long to wait again. I will never go to that location again, they stole from me and gave me the wrong food.
