Kfc - Westwood

Never been this disappointed in SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES in my life! Was there a little before 9pm and two employees REFUSED to do their jobs and make certain items bc they were closing soon (HENCE THEY HAD AN HOUR TO GO) a pot pie takes 22 minutes…. They told us NO basically with a BIG attitude. Then they refused to make GRAVY for a famous bowl when they had 55 more minutes til close. Both employees were rude as all get out and slinging hands up bc they had to make something. RIDICULOUS I worked for this company for YEARS I know the rules and so does my mother being a manager for 12 years! Won’t be getting our food from THIS KFC no more. The manager wouldn’t even come to the window! What a JOKE !

Pot pies were placed in the oven upon ordering. They were delivered hot out of the oven. Well worth the 15 minute wait. Keep up the good work. Definitely will be back.

Went got 8 pc meal chicken dry biscuits uneatable waste of money grandkids didn't want it had to throw away

It is what it is but definitely my grandsons favorite

They messed up my order and HOPE the manager was rude to me first about it.
