Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

This McDonald's location is one of my favorites. Whenever I come here during my lunch break to order drinks or food, I never have to wait long. Most of the time, when I order drinks, my drink is ready as soon as I pay and drive up to the next window. This location is the only one I've been to that has the real coffee shake, which I highly recommend. Other places seem to not have it or their machine is often down.

The McDonald's at Wetherill Park is clean and spacious, making it perfect for parties or a quick bite. I ordered the Big Mac meal and it was satisfyingly delicious.

I love the consistency of McDonald's. Whenever I have cravings, I can always rely on a tasty burger or some chicken nuggets to satisfy my hunger. Tonight, I had a classic cheeseburger and a single serving of loaded fries with gravy, which is my favorite item on the menu. The gravy was a bit scarce this time, but overall McDonald's always delivers in satisfying my cravings.

Charged through the app then told didn’t go through so paid cash. Paid twice for my order. Tried to call once I realised for over 30 mins no answer then phone was picked up and receiver left off the hook so I couldn’t call again. Incredibly poor service. Management needs to be made aware of this and train their staff to do their job properly including customer service. Will be taking this further to get my money back.

Was then informed myself 2 grandchildren With our own phones could only order 2 big Macs in drive through, said I would have to go through drive through again to purchase 1 more. Which was absurd as the line was already long and no parking left. The manner in which it was said was not in a pleasant tone. Where is that rule ?? I have a disabled sticker on my car, that parking space was taken.
