Ginza Japanese Cuisine - Wethersfield

I stopped during a trip to order lunch online based on a recommendation from DoorDash. The spring rolls and eel rolls exceeded my expectations. The freshness of the vegetables and shrimp in the spring rolls was impressive. The eel rolls were also delicious, although a bit too salty for my taste (I try to limit my salt intake). I will definitely be coming back next time I am in the area.

Due to Covid, our dining experiences have changed. Our go-to restaurant for sushi and sashimi was always Ginza. While we miss the Japanese culinary experience of dining in, we still enjoy the same great food - to go! The lack of interior seating at Ginza hasn't dampened their fantastic service. Highly recommended!

I visited this restaurant with a friend and we ordered dinner sushi, the Angry Dragon roll, Dynamite roll, and chicken katsu. All the dishes were fantastic! The food quality was top-notch and the server was very friendly. I will definitely be back soon.

I just ordered Sushi from Ginza and it was absolutely delicious! Super fresh, very high quality ingredients, friendly and fast customer service. I will definitely come back!
