Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - WETUMPKA

1st time I went,totally screwed up my order. Nothing was right. Went yesterday and ordered chicken livers and got home and they were burnt. Place was caotic and sooo unorganized. Has to start with management,,, beware

Food was delicious! Our last Popeyes experience in Atlanta was not good so we were wary of this visit BUT customer service was great, food was awesome and the store was very clean . Again let me say, the food was delicious. The hush puppy shrimp and chicken sandwich did not disappoint!!!

Decent food but really rude service. The young man taking our order was polite. But the woman working the drive through and helping at the front was really rude. We got our order but my son?s plain chicken sandwich was not in our sack. I stood at the front for several minutes before this woman helped me. Oh, and they weren?t busy AT ALL. Like we were the only people in there. When I say she ?helped? me? I mean she looked at me and didn?t say anything but just waited. I told her we were missing his chicken sandwich and she VERY rudely told me they were making it. I mean I have had some questionable service before but this place takes the cake. I am so sorry she hates her job but it isn?t my fault. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

They were short staffed which may account for the lack of spontaneous welcoming greeting. We tried to engage our server in light conversation and we did finally get a smile. I felt empathy for this lady she seemed to be cooking, serving on the inside and answering the take-out window. I would be weary too. I have to say despite the problems the meal was good! Chicken tasty and moist! Poor lady forgot my husband's red beans and rice. However I think she was doing her best. Come on Popeyes Wetumpka get some staff so that service with a smile can return.

Last week stopped and ordered chicken and when I got home my order was wrong. I ordered a 3 piece white dinner with mashed potatoes, got home and had a wing, a thigh and red beans which were cold. Called the store and the person answering the phone was BEYOND rude and hateful!!! I told her they had gotten my order wrong and what I ordered versus what I received. She told me to bring it back. I told her I live in Eclectic and I would come back tomorrow. She said if I wasn 't coming back they couldn 't help me and hung up. EXTREMELY RUDE AND HATEFUL!!! Today I decided to give them another chance so stopped and ordered a blackened chicken sandwich combo. I pulled around and sat behind 2 cars waiting to get to the window for 15 minutes (neither was asked to move out of line, they just sat there). I finally made it to the window and after charging my card was told to pull over to the side. I asked how long I would have to wait a d was told 10 minutes or so . I told them to refund my money which they finally did after trying to make me get something else to keep from refunding my money. Sorry but twice in 2 weeks, I won 't be back!
